Account registration & eligibility
To open an account on bdg, you must be at least 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may only create one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration; providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential, and they must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit, withdrawal & payment policy
All transactions on bdg are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and must be completed through approved local payment methods. After making a deposit, withdrawal may not be possible without meeting the specified wagering requirements — details are stated in each bonus's terms. Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory to process withdrawals. Conducting transactions through third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. bdg reserves the right to temporarily suspend any payment in the case of suspicious transactions.
Betting & gaming rules
All betting and gaming activities on bdg are conducted with complete fairness and transparency, and no manipulation is made in determining results. If a transaction remains incomplete due to technical issues or network disruptions after a bet has been placed, bdg will take action in accordance with its established policy. Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any winnings. Bonus & promotion terms
All bonuses and promotional offers provided on bdg are subject to specific terms, and each offer has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified betting conditions must be met first. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times or abusing bonuses may result in account suspension. What happens when the terms change or an account is closed?
Bdg reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and users will be informed. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user wishes to close their account, they must contact the support team, and the account closure process will be completed after all pending transactions are settled. bdg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of terms.
